ConnectLink Partnership - is a one-stop portal for employers in Southeastern MA to publicize internships and jobs to all five CONNECT colleges and universities: Bridgewater State University, Bristol Community College, Cape Cod Community College, Massasoit Community College and University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. Enter your information once and it will be distributed to all five schools.

On Campus Interviews (OCI)
On-Campus Interviews connect top-notch candidates with employers interested in enhancing their campus visibility. We manage all aspects of your visit from coordinating an interview date, collecting resumes for your review and scheduling your on-campus interviews. Interviews are conducted on-campus during the fall and spring semesters each year. We encourage you to visit Bridgewater State University and meet with students first hand.
Resume Referral Program (RRP)
Career Services can provide employers with student's resumes that match specific job descriptions and/or majors sought. This free service allows employers access to a pool of qualified candidates in a quick, concentrated manner. Request a Resume Referral match.
Internship & Job Fair
The Internship & Job Fair is a great way for employers to meet a large number of candidates looking for full-time professional positions and/or internships. Held each fall, this event is open to all Bridgewater State University students, alumni and community members.
Education Career Fair
The Education Career Fair provides a unique opportunity for hiring personnel from public school districts and education employers across eastern Massachusetts to meet and network with top teacher candidates from Bridgewater State University and other area colleges and universities. This event traditionally brings together hiring personnel from over 40 schools and organizations with more than 200 students and alumni in attendance.
The Job & Internship Fair
The Job & Internship Fair, held each spring, is a great way for employers to meet a large number of potential candidates looking for full-time, professional-level positions and internships. Career Services provides a comprehensive marketing effort for the Job & Internship Fair so that employers can expect to see hundreds of candidates. This event is open to all Bridgewater State University students, alumni and the community.
Employer In Residence
Employers volunteer time and expertise to educate Bridgewater State University students regarding the world of professional employment and career management through individual resume critiques and career focused workshops.
Employer of the Month
Improve your campus visibility with students and faculty when your company or organization is highlighted on the Career Services website including company profile, logo, career opportunities and contact information.
Employer Advisory Board
This group brings regional recruiters on campus to discuss issues such as hiring trends, marketing strategies when working with students and faculty and ethical and legal issues regarding employment among other topics. This is a great way to stay connected to BSU. Contact our office to participate.
Practice Interview Program
The Practice Interview Program is a great way for employers to connect with students and volunteer. Students are given the opportunity to practice their interview skills and to obtain advice from the people who actually do the hiring in organizations and businesses.
Job Shadow Program During Winter Break
The Job Shadow Program gives you the opportunity to host students at your organization for one day during January break. This allows students to explore careers, network with professionals and learn about your organization. This is an excellent branding opportunity!
